Privacy Policy

Ritely helps contractors send automated review request text messages to their customers after completed jobs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to contractors and their customers.

Effective date: April 19, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect information from businesses that use Ritely, including business name, contact details, account credentials, billing details, and job or customer records uploaded or entered into the service.

We may also process customer information on behalf of those businesses, such as customer names, phone numbers, service dates, internal notes needed to send review requests, and message delivery or response history.

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral pages, and usage activity within the product.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate Ritely, process subscriptions, send automated SMS review requests on behalf of our customers, maintain account security, respond to support requests, and improve the platform.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data to understand product usage, benchmark campaign performance, and improve deliverability and product features.

SMS and Customer Data

Businesses using Ritely are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before asking us to send text messages to their customers. Ritely acts as a service provider that sends messages according to our customer's instructions.

We do not sell customer phone numbers or message content. We use customer data only to provide messaging, track delivery outcomes, prevent abuse, and support our customers.

Sharing of Information

We share information with vendors and subprocessors that help us operate Ritely, such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, customer support tools, and telecommunications or messaging partners.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Businesses may update account information by contacting us. If you are a customer who received a text message from a business using Ritely, please contact that business directly for questions about your information, or contact us and we will route the request when appropriate.

Promotional emails from Ritely may be unsubscribed from using the instructions in the message. Text-message recipients may opt out by replying as instructed in the message.
